New version wil not open

A new version of quicken down loaded this morning. It came up with a box which is titled "Service provider change OK right away"
The box is empty and there is an option to print, but nothing prints.
I payed for this program. It needs to work.

    If possible, could you please provide which version release of Quicken you have currently installed?
