Failed Download Chase Transactions

Recently updated my links to all my Chase accounts (6) as requested by Quicken. I am running Quicken Version 6.8.3 (Build 608.44884.100) on a iMAC 12.5.1

Since that upgade, none of the Chase accounts are downloading current transactions, and the while to On-Line Balance is showing correct, there are NO TRANSACTIONS, and so the Reconcile is accurate.

This is happening to all my Chase Accounts, and losing into Chase.com I have authorized all my accounts to connect to Quicken.

This needs to be addressed and fixed. Please advise.

    Now for my daughters debit checking account, the Quicken balance and the On-line balance are always out of synchronization, as it is NEVER downloading any pending transactions that are shown on Chase.com. This is causing reconciliation errors!

    The issue regarding the online balance including pending transactions is a known issue that has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.
