Citibank credit cards stopped working for me this week. Other threads on the topic out there and seems related to latest Quicken update to R54.9 this week.

    Hello @TZ01 and @JRod,

If you don’t mind, could you please provide a screenshot of the error message you described receiving? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments. Please remember to redact any personal information as needed.

    Thanks!

HI Jasmine, thank you for reaching out. After getting OL-209-B error for 5 days, I finally went ahead and deactivated and then reactivated Citibank connection, now it no longer throw any errors, but I am not getting transaction downloaded in January.

I switched to the new way to synch too. I have a Citi Costco card that says it synchs, says it downloads the last several years of transactions, but there are no new transactions. I have a LOT of new settled transactions on the website. I also have a Citi checking and savings account and they won't synch since being forced to this new way to synch too. [Removed - Rant]

    Hello @TZ01 and @Jeff0825,

When deactivating and reactivating your Citi Bank account(s), did you deactivate all accounts with this financial institution before reactivating?

    Thanks!

I don't have multiple Citibank accounts, just 1. so I just deactivate it. now it connects with no errors, but no transactions at all.

Is the account still setup for Direct Connect? (Citi is changing over to Express Web Connect +, but for one credit card like the Costco Visa Anywhere card, it can still use Direct Connect. I'm using it without any problems.)

after deactivate and reactive, it's now set up as express web connect.

Oops, I forgot, R54.9 (and now R54.16) broke this! You can't get Direct Connect setup with them!

You would have to install R53.23 to get back to using Direct Connect.
