For 2 days now Quicken refuses to update my Elan Financial account. If I go online to fidelityrewards.com, I can access the account just fine. Attempts to reset the account result in "cannot connect to the website" error. What's going on?

Here we go again! Elan Financial finally was working after a long outage due to a Quicken change. Downloaded an update this afternoon, and it's Elan Financial CC-502 error. Of course, 2 of my most used cards are Elan Financial. This is getting old….

Elan Financial Services for my Fidelity Visa card has been failing at downloads for about three days now. I am using Quicken for Mac (macOS 14.3.1) Version 7.6.1 (Build 706.52627.100).

yes I am experiencing this too as in the fall. annoying. If I recall the problem was on Elan financials/fidelity rewards visa's end, not quicken.
and yes the .com can be accessed. You can manually download for dates needed qfx. file and import into the account in quicken.
lets hope it resolves quicker.

Even if you download manually transactions stop on the 13th. Believe this is an Elan issue.

Quicken is aware of the issue. Whether they are actively working with Elan Financial to resolve it is a good question.

I'm going to start a new topic on this. I had this problem a while ago with Fidelity Visa Rewards getting error CC-502 with Quicken. I started getting the same error again this weekend. I'm still getting it now on 3/18.

I have been getting a CC-502 error when I try to download my transactions for my Elan Financial Services credit card account. I have tried resetting my connection but it says that the Elan website is down and it can't connect.
This is false, as I was able to login to my account on the Elan website just fine.
Please fix this.

I can manually DL my F&M Bank CC transactions from Elan Financial.
