MAC: SCHWAB GOVT MONEY FUND downloads but not including $

Options

All of my accounts have a SCHWAB GOVT MONEY FUND investment. The name SCHWAB GOVT MONEY FUND downloads into my Quicken Deluxe Version 7.6.1 (Build 706.52627.100) for my Mac running macOS 14.4.1 but the dividend amounts are not downloading into Quicken. Please advise how to fix this problem. Thanks.

    Hello @SAS47qen,

To clarify, are the dividend transactions not downloading at all, or are they downloading, but missing information? Is this the SWGXX (Schwab Government Money Fund), or is it a different one with a similar name? Was the information previously downloading correctly, or has it been doing this ever since the accounts were connected in your Quicken? When did you first notice this issue?

I look forward to your response!

I have had the same problem for two years with SWGXX. Dividend transaction downloads but does not contain the amount. Amount has to entered manually.

    Hello @robert m,

There was a change a couple years ago that causes SWGXX to map to cash (click here for more information). It's possible that is related to the issue you are encountering.

If you're willing, could you post a screenshot of what is happening (with personal information redacted)? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.

I look forward to your reply!
