Quicken Windows Classic: Import File 2023 Turbotax file fails

I receive "TurboTax Import Failed! (Error 2)" when trying to import last year's tax details into Quick Classic. Is there some resolution to this ambiguous error? Last year I had the same problem with importing TT 2022 file but it final work on June 7. 2023. So far this year I haven't had any success.
