ONGOING 8/21/24 The Golden 1 Credit Union - Missing Account
We are getting reports that customers trying to add or reconnect accounts from The Golden 1 Credit Union don't show up on the add/link page to be able to link to Quicken. This is happening with customers who had to disconnect and reconnect existing accounts or customers who are trying to add the accounts as new. From what we are seeing, credit card accounts are missing.
This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.
