Cannot add online bill from Citi & Costco
I have online access set up for my Costco Visa and a Citi Credit Card (both using the Costco Visa connection) but am unable to set up online bills. When I try to add the online bill, it gives me an Add Bill screen showing both bills that say "Already added" and an error message that says I have to select an account to continue—but the accounts cannot be selected (or they are already selected with a green check mark but not recognized.)
Are online bills not available for Citi now?

Have you tried Review & Repair / Review & Repair Online Billers from the Bills, Income & Transfer tab's Settings gear icon?
If you find out that Citi will not support Bill Pay from within Quicken and only allow Check Pay, try this instead:
Bypass Bill Manager. Let the biller's (or credit card company's) computer system do all the work for you.
Logon to the biller's website once and set up their Autopay, APS, Direct debit, etc. service to make the current payment and all future payments on Due Date directly from your checking account.
In parallel to that, in Quicken, every month, record a regular Scheduled Reminder to keep track of your payments before they come due.0 -
Review & Repair removed the orphan bills, allowing me to add them back.

Hello @tspencer,
Would you mind providing a screenshot of which Costco Visa instance you are attempting to add as a biller? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments. Please remember to redact any personal information as needed.
Thanks!

I provided screenshots, but now they're gone.

The Add Bills screen shows "already added" and will not allow me to click on either or both rows to continue. The Manage Online Billers screen does not show any Citi/Costco accounts.

While I'm here, I will mention that I had to search for the solution to my question about how to set minimim payment vs. full amount due. It is no longer under the reminder's Estimate amount for me option, but oddly on the stack card as an option no one would notice if they aren't looking for. I spent 15 minutes trying to find that information. Please improve the UX on that.
