CU created Bill reminder

I have a loan with a CU. In online update the first time thru the CU created a loan account but it also created a Bill Reminder. Every month when it process's the online update it changes the bill reminder also. The issue I have with the reminder is I am unable to edit any of the fields even though there is an edit function available. It seems that the fields in the split are protected but I have been unable to find a feature the would do that and the help info does not show any info.

    If you don’t mind, could you please provide a screenshot of the bill reminder? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments. Please remember to redact any personal information as needed.

    for Quicken windows if you choose to download a loan account you can't change anything about the payments. It is set up as believe whatever is downloaded from the financial institution.
