Just to clarify the problem, I see the Quick Pay button, but when I click on it, I am getting prompted to enter the full account number and the statement payment zip code (91716). After entering this info, I get the message, "Account Number Not Found". The financial institution is Capital One Card Services and the Connection Method is Express Web Connect+. With that said, this morning, I deactivated account linking and bill pay, and removed the link on the Capital One site. I then went back and relinked the account and added to bill pay. The issue did not go away. Log files sent per your request above.

Thanks for the suggestion! I tried "Capital One Card - Current" as you suggested.

It connected successfully but when I set up the online biller I was only offered check pay.

I have also used Capital One Card Services and Capital One 360. Both give me the "account not found error".

As I mentioned, if the Capital One Card - Current is the Add Account financial institution you must use for downloading transactions for your BJ credit card (and it appears that is the case), you will not be able to use QuickPay at this time. That is because this financial institution does not yet support QuickPay.

The Capital One Card Services and Capital One 360 Add Account financial institutions do not support downloads for the BJ credit card and these are the financial institutions that now support QuickPay.

So, yes, CheckPay with your BJ credit card at this time is your only option.
