    It's now been four months since I've been able to download Space Coast CU transactions to Quicken. I cannot complete online setup for my SCCU account. I've had all the problems that others have cited in these discussions, including being presented with a two-factor authentication choice drop-down list that has everyone else's info but mine, receiving an unworkable verification notice on my cell phone, etc. For a couple of months now I've been told by SCCU that they are working on the solution but I've come to the conclusion that SCCU is just not overly concerned about this.

    Hang in there, if you have other SCCU accounts i.e. savings credit card. use them to get your verification code. This seem to work for me. but, beware it will down load duplicate transactions into all of your accounts. It still is not functioning correctly at this time!

    Same Problem. The process works but it is extremely cumbersome and requires users to go through the painstaking process daily. It is also quite time consuming, my guess is Quicken/SCCU takes about 5 mins to go through this complex handshaking procedure—if everything works! It is unworkable in its current form. Quicken/SCCU keep trying! Perhaps send a confirmation code to the phone of record rather than search pages of numbers. I don't know what you do to about the inordinate time for the SCCU verification handshake.

    I reached out to SCCU again last night on Whatsapp and got the same canned answer again.

    Chat session with quicken support and debug session…… Its not our problem, it's SCCU…

    "Thank you so much I just wanted to confirm where the file was located pretty much here the issue is with the bank this is how they are sending the transactions to us, we were able to connect to the bank so we can download transactions but now this is how they are sending the information to us"

    So, it's now two months later. I am still unable to sync with SCCU. Has anybody heard any updates? This is beyond ridiculous.

    After all these months, with no successful resolution, it would appear that if we desire to have our bank interface with Quicken, then we're just going to have to move our money to a different bank. Very sad.

    Quicken suppot said that it is all on SCCU to fix their side.

    Correct, the problem is on SCCU and goes back several months ago when they "upgraded" their system. SCCU hasn't worked with Quicken since then. It's unacceptable, and I guess I will start looking for another bank.

    Hello All, I received a message yesterday from SCCU. It advises the link has been resorted. The message stated to disconnect then reconnect the link between SCCU and Quicken. I have not done it yet a little concerned it won't work. Also if you go to SCCU and look to download a file. It now has Quickbook/Quicken listed. Good Luck

    Today's sccu.com header shows "Online & Mobile Banking will be temporarily unavailable from 10pm-12am on Tuesday, Jan. 14, due to maintenance. We apologize for any inconvenience." Hopeful for solution. Or, after 20 yrs with SCCU, my family might follow Space-Cowboy's countdown and launch to a new financial institution.

    Expanding Jako's message from SCCU, I backed up Quicken file, disconnected each of my SCCU accounts from Q, closed and re-opened Q, and tried to reconnect SCCU with Quicken. Results were unsuccessful. Let's remain hopeful that this evening's maintenance by SCCU will let us direct connect to Q like we were able to do Sept '24, eh?

    SeaStar, I received the same message. I should have also stated in the message from SCCU. If it still did not work, to contact Quicken for help. Finger pointing again? Anyway, hopeful tonight's update will resolve all our issues. Fingers crossed, if not as stated before may be time for a new institution!

    just tried new MFA with SCCU—failure! Customers and Managers are expending an inordinate amount of manpower on this problem. Suggestion: offer Quicken software to SCCU managers and have them experience the connection & MFA process.

    Well I guess little by little is the plan. The update with SCCU is still not working correctly. Now, I have to verify my account every download and it does not recognize all my accounts in SCCU. Maybe to many of us are trying to get our accounts in order. This is a poor way to handle a paying customer.

    I've been following the progress with equal frustration. It seems like SCCU isn't about the customer service they were know for so many years ago. Hopefully they can get this fixed soon. It's such a hassle to have to delete all the transactions from my checking that have downloaded into all my other registers. My balances are way off, seriously considering switching credit unions. @Quicken can you recommend another credit union that their web connect features work properly.

    Thanks to Jako for the information that the Quicken download link was back on the Space Coast Credit Union banking site. You go to the transactions page and there is an Export Transactions button that now has a Quicken option. This is the only way I used to download transactions from SCCU because I wasn't aware of the sync option. It is working just like it previously did for me - the transactions appear in the Downloaded Transactions list and I can match them or add them as before. No issues with memorized payees or renaming rules either. I do wish the automated sync was up and running for a more seamless experience, but this will do for now.

    For SCCU :

    It seems the Express Web connect ( Quicken) is now working too! It's slow and request verification each download, but it's working.

    My experience mimics Jacko's in that Express Web Connect seems to connect and download transactions to Quicken. As things look now, flow should eliminate Users needing to do one and sometimes two verifications prompts and entries. Process time also needs to get cut way back from the current several minutes duration.

    Again, after what we all went through with SCCU/Quicken. This might be shallow, but having to verify my account each time and the download time? Come on guys, we just want, what we once had a smooth running download!

    SCCU (Space Coast Credit Union) and Quicken appear to have corrected their issues with communications and downloading transactions. If you have not recently tried it, detach your accounts from SCCU, then re-attach them (including the secondary accounts like savings, etc). Should work now. After many months, it seems to be finally working. Good luck

    I have been following this issue closely. I have had an Auto loan with SCCU since 2022. The last update I received from SCCU in Quicken was in September of 2024. Since then no updates. I worked with Quickens help desk in December and they have the logs from my attempt to reconnect. I am still having the same issue. When I try to reconnect my Auto loan, it is not recognized (as I did today 02/05/2025). On the screen to link my SCCU accounts, the savings account is recognized, the Auto Loan is not. The information presented does not include the Loan category, or list the loan account already in Quicken as a choice to link too.

    Hoping for a resolution soon….
