EverBank requiring MFA when downloading

Last week Everbank sent an MFA request and after I entered the OTP, everything worked. Today, no MFA request and receiving various error messages,. Then tried to reset account and I get the error message:
I called Everbank and the customer service rep was hopeless, wanting to know what browser I was using, etc., clearly not understanding the issue is not browser-related and because I can log-in successfully to the account on my browser and NO I do not need to change my password given that it's successful. She refused to connect me to anybody there in technical support and saidhe would enter a ticket and I would hear in 24-48 hours. Hah!

@UKR The ORG is "EverBank." The FID is 3997. The INTUBID is 70459. In the QFX file, I can see the new transactions. The INTUBID is correct, according to the FIDIR.txt file. When I look in another institution's QFX file, these numbers match each other, but that's only a sample size of 1. Should these numbers match for an institution? The FIDIR.txt file doesn't have field headers.
I found an old FIDIR.txt file from early January. In that file, the record for "Everbank" was different:
January: 24909 24909 24909 Everbank of Florida (Now TIAA Bank) http://www.tiaabank.com 1-866-371-3831 https://auth.tiaa.org/public/tbauthentication/securelogin ACTIVE BANKING,ACCOUNTINFO&EXP-WEB-CONNECT NOT_QBP NA
Today: 70459 70459 70459 EverBank Consumer https://www.everbank.com 888-882-3837 https://secure.everbank.com/LCDDigitalOneConsumer/#/Login ACTIVE BANKING,CREDIT&WEB-CONNECT BANKING,CREDIT,ACCOUNTINFO&EXP-WEB-CONNECT NOT_QBP NA

@Steven Green I tried the same thing you did in resetting one of my accounts (before I saw your post), and I got the same result.

CC-503 Error with EverBank Consumer. Today Quicken did not request a two factor authentication. After update it turned Green but generated a CC-503 error and no transactions are downloaded. This happen on all 4 EverBank account login via quicken. I can login directly on the banks website—-it send a two factor authentication.

Hello All,
The CC-503 error with EverBank is a known issue that has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA on resolution at this time. While the investigation remains ongoing, please refer to this Community Alert for any and all available updates and information.
We apologize for any inconvenience in the meantime! Thank you.

The MFA popup window to verify sign-in for Everbank is no longer working on Version R61.17. When trying to setup Online Services, after entering the proper username and password, it comes back with the error to check username and password, CC-503 error code, which I verified were correct.
NOTE: Sorry submitted this before I saw the acknowledgement from Quicken Anja that this is a known issue.

Hi All, can you confirm if you are still experiencing this issue? Thanks!

No, I am not experiencing it any longer. As of yesterday (or day before) I was able to udpate Everbank accounts.
I wish we didn't have to go through MFA every time, but I have removed Everbank Consumer from the list of automatically updated institutions so that process can complete without my having to babysit.
Unfortunately, almost to the day, we are now unable to download from Vanguard. (I've added my experience to another post that covers this new issue.)

Hi Quicken Janean,
Yes, Quicken is still requiring MFA when I try downloading Everbank transactions. I reported this attempt again. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to try and resolve this issue.

Yes, I am still experiencing the need for MFA for each each EverBank account every time. Makes it impossible to do as part of a one step update.

I am ready to make a move as well. Can anyone comment on how Sofi integrates with Quicken?

So, much to my surprise / shock, I just performed a One-Step Update including EverBank, and it actually didn't ask me to do MFA this time! That's the first time it hasn't in many months…. Hopefully this'll hold!!

….aaaand nevermind. I verified that it did indeed update EverBank properly via scheduled updates summary (I was convinced either I wasn't paying attention and quickly did the MFA, or that it simply didn't download). But, alas, when I tried again ~45 minutes later just to see what happened, it prompted for MFA again.
