CC-502 Error When Connecting to Wal-Mart Prepaid MoneyCard

This error is now persistent since 6/1/2025. I have:

Checked the Quicken Community for any alerts about Wal-Mart Prepaid MoneyCard outages. There are none posted.

I have tried refreshing my account per the following instructions (to no avail):
• Open the transaction register for your MoneyCard account
• Click the Gear Icon in the upper right
• Select "Update Now"
• Follow the on-screen instructions

Please advise.

This typically means that Quicken is unable to establish a stable connection with the financial institution’s server—often due to maintenance or technical issues on the bank’s end.

    It sounds like you have already tried the steps in the article. However, since they don’t resolve the issue, as stated at the bottom of the article, the next best step is to contact Quicken Support directly so our agents can review your log files and escalate the issue to the appropriate team if needed.

    Error continues to persist. Quicken now states that the website they provided to Quicken is not working or it was changed. It's not clear if they are both communicating on this issue since they do not have an ETA to resolve. Please advise.

    Hi - I did contact Quicken support directly and they did not have any answer for me per my previous post. It's unclear if they have reported this issue to Walmart and if/when this issue will be addressed.
