HealthEquity Investment Acct - One Step Update now works [Edited - Issue Returned]
I had to reset my HealthEquity acct for One Step Update and noticed that it now recognized the investment account. I connected it to my existing HealthEquity Investment Acct in Quicken and it now updates in "Simple Investing" mode using One-Step Update!! I can see all owned securities, # of shares, current value and history on one simple page. Thrilled to no longer have to manually maintain going forward!!! Finally!!😁

Same here…my setup worked for about 2 weeks and now no longer works as of this week :-(

Starting this week, when using one step update to download HealthEquity savings, the online balance is incorrectly coming back as $0. I reset the account and even set up a new account in a new quicken file from scratch and still comes back incorrectly as $0 online balance. The online HE account correctly shows the balance as $1000.01.
Is anyone else seeing this same issue? Likely related, the HE investment acct download also stopped working. Seems something just changed.

Upon review, I see recent connection logs for Health Equity with statuses of "ok", indicating that the connections were successful. Are you still experiencing these issues? If so, are you receiving any error codes or messages?

I am getting this problem - a transaction has downloaded correctly, but the online balance is $0
When I do an account reset quicken adds an opening balance, but still reconciles to an online balance of $0
