Citi card transactions won't download

This is a recent problem. The version is the same as below. When I manually download credit card transactions from the Citi website, they don't show up in the register. The title on the top flickers as if the transactions were downloading but nothing happens. Then, when I enter the transactions manually each individual transaction is in the drop down box. The Online Balance does not change. Windows/Version R63.21/Build 27.1.63.21
