How do I get all transaction to appear in reconcile?

I want to see transactions that have cleared AFTER the statement date.

I do NOT use download of transactions.

I have an automatic rent payment in my bank's bill pay for the first of the month. Sometimes, it clears a day or two early. When I go to reconcile, it doesn't show up in the transaction list.

This is in the current windows (subscription) quicken. I never had this problem before updating to the recent version a year and a half ago. (Prior version was I think 2011)

How do I get these transactions to show in reconcile?

The only way would be to change the ending statement date.

You are not changing the transaction date to match when it actually cleared? IMO, that would be the best thing to do because that reflects reality. Or am I misunderstanding something here?

@LRHGuy To "reconcile" is to compare your Q records to the bank statement.

Since the bank statement can't possibly contain anything AFTER the statement date, what you're asking is impossible without inputting another/later statement date or changing the transaction(s) date.
