Empower Retirement Downloads give Zero Balance

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
I connected my windows subscription version R66.23 successfully to my Empower Accounts and it fails to download the positions. I used the simple investing of positions only. Gives zero balance!

Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. To help troubleshoot, please provide more information:
- When did you first notice this issue?
- Were the accounts previously connected and showing correct balance information?
- Do you have the option to use Complete investment tracking?
- You can check this by going to Tools>Account List and clicking the Edit button next to the problem account.
