Empower Retirement Downloads give Zero Balance

I connected my windows subscription version R66.23 successfully to my Empower Accounts and it fails to download the positions. I used the simple investing of positions only. Gives zero balance!

    Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. To help troubleshoot, please provide more information:

    • When did you first notice this issue?
    • Were the accounts previously connected and showing correct balance information?
    • Do you have the option to use Complete investment tracking?
      • You can check this by going to Tools>Account List and clicking the Edit button next to the problem account. Screenshot 2026-03-07 at 5.06.28 PM.png
