To clarify, when you mentioned “outstanding transactions were downloaded,” are you referring to your credit card account not importing new transactions into the app? Or did the credit card not download any transactions with a pending status from the financial institution?

Quicken Clasic Deluxe for Mac user 8.5.2 - Barclays shows successful transaction download but missing transactions still. Previously downloaded transactions successfully until three days ago, and now those transactions are missing.

My Barclays import worked, new transactions were downloaded (and reconciled)!
As this issue was occurring, I was manually "clearing" transactions but did not reconcile - all were reconciled with the download this morning! I am optimistic the issue is resolved but will hold to see how upcoming downloads will be handled.0 -
There is still no transactions being downloaded for my Barclay credit card.

Tried this morning. Barclay Master Card still not downloading transactions. Also after the update, in the summary, it does not even list the Barclay card. It has disappeared. Very strange. I am pausing the use of the card. This is not the level of support I expect from Quicken or Barclay. Too bad, but I am sick of dealing with it.

Hi, OP here - still having the same issue. The new balance is downloaded, but no transactions. For a few days, my pending transactions were downloading (to that separate tab at the bottom, not the register; those of you that download pending will know what that means), but they never made it to the register as cleared transactions. They disappeared from my daily Quicken downloads as soon as the bank actually posted them. Today, even pending transactions have failed to download.
I tried a download to a QFX file from the Barclay website; same result. Downloading to an Excel file from Barclay's properly gets all transactions up to the latest posted, so this is definitely a Quicken WebConnect issue.
I set up a new Quicken file as a test bed, and added my card. It downloaded transactions only as far as my last statement date, 03/26/2026. No transactions after that were downloaded to the account register in the new Quicken file.

Possible work-around:
Download transactions from your Barclays account for the date range you want. Select the "Quicken versions 2010 and above" option for the download format. This should download a new QFX file.
Use AI (I used Gemini) to convert this file to a QIF file. This is "Quicken Interchange Format" and doesn't contain any info about your Barclays account (as I guess the non-working QFX file does). Here is the prompt I used: "Convert this Quicken QFX file into a Quicken .QIF file"
Import this file into Quicken as a QIF file, it'll ask you to select the account manually. The transactions are imported directly into the register as "Uncleared" and don't show in the "Uncleared Transaction List". I just verified each one and set the cleared status to "Cleared".

As of April 18, 2026 this is still happening. I haven't been able to download new transactions from Barclaycardus in Quicken for Mac since April 3. I noticed when going to the credit card site that it has a new security layer requiring the checking of a box "to prove you are a human." Could this be the source of the problem?

The initial issue with Barclays not downloading was fixed. However, I am missing 2 weeks from mid-March that did not download. I did report it through the CHAT app. I don't have any transactions from 03/03/26 - 03/18/26 but transactions before and after have downloaded

I am also having issues with Barclays. All of my other credit card downloads are working. I deactivated and reactivated and it still does not show any updated transactions. This started on 3/27.

Not working for me either via the "Update Account" or by downloading a QFX from Barclays. In both instances, the following error is shown:
"Download Unavalaible! Quicken is unable to update this account because Web Connect support for your financial insitution has been either temporarily, or permanently discontinued [CC-885]. "

I have the same problem that my downloads from Barclays Bank are no longer working. I have gone the the set-up again to attach to the bank and that didn't fix the problem. I do not want to make a Quicken file and upload it. I want the download to work. Can anyone tell me when/how this is getting fixed?
