I was able to successfully download transactions on Saturday morning (04/18/26).
BUT today (Monday 04/20/26) I am once again "missing" information. I can see online that transactions cleared on my account but they did NOT download/reconcile.

What is the update on Barclay's downloads? Just did daily download and still no transaction downloads since 4/9/2026. I saw one post that the problem was fixed. Please update.

Same issue with Barclays. When I "deactivate" the account downloads and then reactivate, what I get returned is an "Adjusting Transaction" to square up the account balance, not the individual missing transactions. No individual transactions have downloaded since April 9.

The Alert for this issue remains open. Our team has asked for log files and 3 examples of missing transactions from each person willing to share them. You can share this by going to Help>Report a Problem.

Once you have this open, you can put the example transactions in the description box. For the examples, we need Date, Payee, and Amount. Then you will leave the log file checked off and click Send to Quicken.
Please let us know once you have done it so we can add it to the escalation ticket.

Hi, Alyssa, I am willing to share log files but as I noted on page 1, since I use a virtualization tool the link to report will not work for me, and I would need an email to send my log files to. If you can provide that I can get at least 3 missing transactions for you.

@Lewis Bernstein - same thing happened to me earlier today but I just tried again and I finally downloaded a bunch of transactions. I was just coming on here to update my post and say that it appeared to be working again, at least for now.
It might not have downloaded every single one that I had to manually track over the last 3 weeks, but it was very close. It also marked 4 transactions as New that had already been manually input and reconciled. However, you might want to try again to see if it works this time. Good luck!
FYI - my Barclay card is also the JetBlue MC

This morning, 04/21/2026 - I was able to successfully download/reconcile from Barclay's. Maybe the "fix" is intermittent and still being finalized? At any rate, I was able to complete successfully. Fingers crossed.

I was finally able to Update Barclay individually. However the download only contained one transaction from 04/20. To makeup for the missing transactions I downloaded the missing transactions (by the dates that were missed) directly from Braclay and let them update into my quicken register and I am now up to date. Lets see what happens tomorrow!

I had a similar situation. Today was the first day that Barclay's updated. I got one transaction from 4/20, not the missed transactions for better than a week. I had input those manually. When I imported the single transaction and reconciled I am currently in balance. We will see what happens tomorrow. It's interesting the old transactions did not import unless there were something in the internal downloading that indicated I had downloaded although nothing appeared.

It is 4-22. I received a few transactions from 4-19. Still missing from 4-2 to 4-18.

All of my missing transactions downloaded a couple of days ago. Hopefully, this fix is permanent.

I've been away for several days and made a number of charges.
I just performed a Quicken download for all me accounts and my two Barclay cards downloaded new transactions and matched those that I have entered manually.1 -
Same! Downloading those transactions from Barclays > Activity & Statements > Download > Select Quicken and missing dates… Then opening the Quicken qfx file will fix the issue.

Tried to do an update this morning and got the message my account has been transferred to Citi bank. Don't know what happens now.

Just reporting that I've gotten my Barclay card transactions successfully, including all the ones that were missing when this started. Seems to be fixed on my end.

And today it is working. One of my cards has switched to CityBank, but the other Barclays just downloaded.

I checked ticket CTP-16893, and there are no new updates at this time. Since the connection is working on your end, I recommend continuing to monitor the behavior. I also suggest keeping an eye on the alert, as it will be updated when new information becomes available.
