Can't upload tax returns in Quicken LifeHub [Edited]

Went to upload a simple tax return document. Says it's doing AI, comes back with an error. I have tried several times, and it just doesn't work

Is there a way to bypass the AI stuff?

    • What is the file type you're trying to upload (.pdf, .jpg, .png, etc.)?
    • Which web browser are you using?
      • Have you tried using a different web browser?
    • What is your internet upload speed?
    • What is the exact error message you're seeing?
