Auto reconciliation

For the past few days I can't reconcile my accounts and I get a message that Quicken has a problem and I should try back in 10 minutes. It still doesn't work. Is anyone else having this issue? Does anyone know what the problem is and when will this be rectified?

    I can't seem to get a screen shot without exposing confidential info.
    The message reads as follows from Quicken when I try to update the accounts. It reads as follows:
    "Quicken Online service is unavailable at this time. Please wait at least 10 minutes, then try again. Weapologize for the inconvenience."
