Download Equitable 401k transactions not working
Anyone know how to connect to a Equitable 401k account.
Trying to import it to Quicken for mac Version 7.1.2 (Build 701.49356.100)
I have tried downloading QFX files and it will not read it.
I get the error "This FI is inactive, we cannot connect"
Any work around would be great.
Thanks

So this means it used to work and now there is a bug?
Or it never worked and its being worked on?

Also if it works again, which version of the file should I try to download
Thanks for you help! Richard

Thank you for your reply @rk photo,
It means it previously worked and now there is an issue. Is that screenshot you included from the financial institution's website? If you're trying to download a file to import into Quicken, the file format you would need is .QFX. This article provides more information about what file formats can be imported into Quicken and how they are used.
Thank you.
