I have taken the time to look further into your escalation ticket and I can see that they are still investigating and working on a resolution. However, there is no current ETA.

One thing to understand is that these types of problems often involve the financial institution, and the delay on resolution may be waiting for them. But Quicken never throws a financial institution under the bus, because they depend on the financial institution to make downloading to Quicken possible. The other thing to understand is that Quicken uses a third-party company, Intuit, to handle all the connectivity services to financial institutions; when there's an outage or problem, Quicken submits a ticket to Intuit, but is mostly powerless to do anything to get the issue fixed. (And they may not even have insight into what the specific holdup is between Intuit and the financial institution.) So while this is understandably frustrating for users, there is never information Quicken posts about what the problem is or when it's expected to be resolved.

For the love of God, please fix this issue ASAP. The FDP-104 issue with LPL financial has been ongoing for more than a month, and none of the updates thus far have given any indication that Quicken are making progress. Hire some freaking programmers, please.

These problems seem to have starter about the same time as Quicken stopped tracking transaction detail for LPL investment accounts. Could there be a relationship to the change?

I likely will not renew my Quicken subscription because of the longtime/ongoing problem with LPL accounts.
