Entered and scheduled split transaction corruption upon cloud sync

For a long time now, I have had a problem with scheduled split and register entered split transactions becoming corrupted upon syncing cloud data. After syncing, the categories and amounts in the splits are rearranged into a different order and many times the amounts are rearranged to the wrong categories. According to chat support this is a known issue with no permanent fix at this time. Fixing the split transactions in the desktop file and then resetting cloud data only temporarily fixes the problem or does not fix it at all. Several times I have run through fixes with chat support to no avail. I see no posts about this in the forum which leads me to question if this is really a known issue. The only permanent solution I can come up with is to turn off the cloud sync and not use the mobile app which then makes Quicken much less desirable. Help?
