Discover Bank

Ok after ONLY ~53 Days it is now possible to Add Discover Bank Checking and Savings Account to Quicken again!

Use Financial Institution as: "DISCOVER BANK"

You should then see the page shown in the picture below. (And not one that says "Discover Bank need your to Authorize your accounts")

Note that Quicken will adjust you Opening Balance!

So after downloading and accepting changes, you will need to update your opening balance so that the final balance is correct and reconciles with the bank and your register.

Likely you need to adjust it to $0 for the opening balance or what ever it was originally.

(If you have a non zero opening balance writing it in the memo is helpful, since Quicken often adjusts the opening balance if you need to add the account again in the future.)
