Space Coast Credit Union online issues
Space Coast Credit Union recently performed an update of their interface and quicken is still connecting to the old interface. As a result, it is not possible to download and sync with this institution.

I still can not log into SCCU (503 error), I got the same canned email about the release date being somewhere in the next 1-2 weeks a month ago. The answer from SCCU is to download the CSV file for each account. but this breaks all the spending categories that I have had setup for years and is now useless.

I have the same issue, but now the code is 501. I contacted Quicken directly and stil not resolved.

Typically these errors self-resolve within 24 hours. If you haven't already, we recommend reviewing this support article for more information.
As stated in the article, if the error persists for more than 24 hours, then you will need to contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance. Our support agents will need to collect and review your log files, and will likely need to file an escalation if they see fit.

Like others reported, Error Code CC-501 shows as of today 10Nov24. And I haven't been able to download to Quicken from Space Coast Credit Union (SCCU) since at least 16Oct24. I also followed previous recommendation for CC-503 solution to reset account conn.

The lack of connectivity between SCCU (Space Coast Credit Union) and Quicken persists since mid-Oct for me. The error code 503 went away and now the same screen as Morpheus Trinity Neo reported on Nov 9 2024 shows.
Several related conversations concerning SCCU recently popped up on Q Community. Is there any way to merge or link them for convenience of Users seeking solution and status? Thank you.

I received an email from SCCU stating that Quicken and Quickbooks has been restored on 11/9/2024. I still get the 501 error from Quicken

Same here, Have not been able to access SCCU, Also getting the 501 errors. I deleted all accounts from Quicken Classic and tried to rebuild my SCCU accout with not luck.. 501 Error for days.

Looks like Fidelity fixed their access to SCCU by changing the login URL to the new website login page < https://my.sccu.com/SignIn>

wait, on the sccu download transaction history, the format choices are: Excel, PDF, and CSV;
there are no choices for either QFX nor QIF. If you can't manually download to Quicken, I think you could not direct connect and download to Quicken.
sccu says there is no ETA for a fix, which means to me they are not planning to fix it? Myself, quicken download is important enough that I am switching to BofA, since they support Quicken (downloads) all day every day.

Once again it seems we have a customer sandwich with SCCU blaming Quicken, and Quicken apparently blaming SCCU. All while paying Quicken customers swallow months of no service. SCCU had the new software upgrade in hand for many months before they forced it on all customers and still did not work out the problems for us. Disappointing.

[Removed - Disruptive] I've been down since 10/07/2024. Had error code CC-503 now CC-501. Give us an answer of what the problem is. I've been a customer since 2007.
