Activation Code Already Redeemed!?!

Been using a dual-boot, multi-system, install of Quicken for years. This year, I get the error "You have already redeemed this code. Please contact customer support for more information". What is this all about? Per Article ID GEN82611, "With the Subscription Release of Quicken, there is no limit on how many computers Quicken can be installed on".

    You need to contact Q Support, via the link at the top of this page. They're the only one's who can help you with this.

    NotACPA is correct—you’ll need to contact Quicken Support directly. This type of activation issue usually requires an escalation, and Support has the necessary tools available to address this. Unfortunately, we are unable to resolve this through the Community.

    Did you get the message when you installed Q on a new/different computer? If so, you don't need the activation code, it has already activated the subscription on the Q registration server.

    You just need to start Q on the new install and login in using the Q ID that was used for the activation.

    Per Article ID GEN82611, "With the Subscription Release of Quicken, there is no limit on how many computers Quicken can be installed on".

    That statement is true, but they ALL have to use the same Q Id to register them.

    Activation codes can only be used 1 time. Once the subscription has been activated you can download and install multiple times on multiple systems simply by using your Quicken ID and PW.
