Another Tuesday email digest (12/16/25) and no update on the status of these issues with erroneous cash balances. How do we get a regular status report on the problems filed to Quicken through the app?

Ever since the change to the Fidelity connection method, every time I do buy and sell transactions, there has been some erroneous value left in the Quicken register(s) under "Cash". Initially, there was also a bad value in FDRXX , where the cash is held at Fidelity (in the brokerage account I have to do a transaction from FCASH to FDRXX,) - that seems to be fixed.
I usually do trades about once a month, hoping each month the problem would be fixed. So each time it is not, I file a report and post. I must have made 3 or 4 posts, each a new instance of the problem. I've been an avid Quicken user since the 90s, so I'm being patient because an easy work-around is to adjust the Cash balance with a "fake" payment once a month.
What I really want to know is: will Quicken get back to me on my problem reports?? - even if it just an acknowledgement that they are working on it. It is really hard to follow updates here and the digest has been silent on this issue. If I was a daily trader, I'd be pulling my hair out!

It's a new year and same problem with erroneous Fidelity cash balance after sell and buy transactions. Sold funds in an IRA (with FDRXX as cash security) on Monday. Used those proceeds to buy funds on Tuesday. On Wednesday Quicken had the wrong value in FDRXX and a erroneous cash value in the register. On Thursday, the FDRXX had the correct value, but the mysterious cash value was still there. Corrected the cash value manually by doing a fake payment/deposit to do a balance adjustment.
Filed another problem report.
