List of problems Submitted - My Account
I would really like to see a list of all issues I've submitted via Help > Report a problem. Probably putting this under "My Account" makes sense.
Even better would be if each item also had a ticket number and indication of whether Quicken Support considers the issue resolved.

That is a great idea!
Sometimes it seems that the Report a Problem process is a black hole. Even an automated email when a report is received would be a step in the right direction.
