    When I try to set up Quicken to download transactions, I enter My ID & Password. It then asks for personal security security code. Coastal Credit Union does not have a personal security code. If I select Spreadsheet or Excel it downloads just fine. What can I do to fix this? HELP...Help.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community to tell us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.

    First, could you please provide which version of Quicken you have currently running?

    Also, are you trying to add the account(s) to Quicken, or are you trying to download transactions for an account that has already been set up? And if you don't mind, could you please provide a screenshot of the personal security code prompt you are receiving?

    If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop a screenshot to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.

    Quicken level is R-3319 Build-27.1.33.19
    Whole story follows:
    I received a replacement Credit Card.
    When I try to download transactions, I'm asked for a
    "Personal Security Code". The Credit Union does
    not have a personal security code.
    I have talked to several Quicken help desk and Credit Union
    help desk folks and I tired of reading forums.
    NO HELP
    Any ideas??????

    looks like there are TWO entries for Coastal Credit Union -
    one of banking AND credit card ... another one just for credit card
