Does anyone from Quicken monitor this board and post replies/solutions, or is this strictly user

I have been coming here daily, hoping for updates/solutions to the current Schwab problems, but there's nothing. After one email apologizing for the issues,....nothing. And these problems are still not fixed.

A Quicken employee, who's on this forum, will have "Quicken" as the first name of their user ID, e.g. "Quicken Kathryn", "Quicken Alyssa", "Quicken Paloma".
