    I turned ExpressVPN back on. Fidelity updated successfully again. I just thought I would test it after I found it suddenly worked again with VPN turned off. Fidelity connected successfully with VPN ON.

    Fidelity downloads worked on Saturday and Sunday, May 13-14, 2023. On Monday, 5/15/23, I get an error again. What is different on Monday morning? My Quicken did not change. My computer did not change in that period. The "fix" remains temporary and intermittent for me.
