Does my subscription include this feature? I have Quicken Classic Deluxe with Bill Manager Plus. I have card accounts with Chase and Wells Fargo. After the new release was installed, the Quick Pay option was shown as the default payment. I tried setting up Quick Pay with the account number and zip code, but both accounts instantly had an "account not found" pop-up.
I noticed that the check-pay option had lost the information containing the mailing address and account number, so I set check pay back up and tried setting up Quick Pay again, with the same "account not found" reply. I called your support line and worked with a tech. He used screen share to watch but had no solution to offer. So, at this time, I cannot set up Quick Pay.

Is there a plan to bring this to Quicken for Mac? If so, any ETA?

Hello @Step2,
Yes, your subscription should cover this feature. Per this article on how many payments you can make each month, Bill Manager Plus allows you to make 15 Quick Pay and 15 Check Pay payments per month.
There is currently a discussion thread for people encountering issues using QuickPay with Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and/or Capital One. Please post the details of the issue to the discussion linked below, and also, please send log files by going to Help>Report a Problem and sending a problem report with the log files attached. You will not receive a response for problem reports submitted through the program, but these submissions do go directly to a database that is accessible by members of our Product and Development teams, escalation teams, and other internal support channels.
Thank you!

Yes! We're working hard to bring this same functionality into Quicken for Mac. We're still deep into development, and expect to launch early next year. Thanks for your interest!

What do I have to do to enable QuickPay for Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo and Capital One? My checking account is enabled for CheckPay and QuickPay (I can successfully send checks to anyone and QuickPay to DiscoverCard). Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo and Capital One only show up as CheckPay. I am at R60.15, Build 27.1.60.15.

Like cleroks, I'm up to date on Quicken, have my checking account enabled for Quickpay and Checkpay but the Manage Online Billers action does not give me a way to get Quickpay enabled for Chase. I've connected Chase and Quicken accounts and use the Express Web Connect+ method there.

Scratch my previous comment - turns out I was lost in the UI. I was able to issue a test payment with Quickpay.

Thank you for the follow-up @Pumphouse,
I'm glad to hear you were able to send a payment using Quick Pay!
To assist with this issue, please provide more information. Do you have Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo and Capital One connected as online billers in your Quicken file? If you have them set up as manual billers, then you won't see the option for Quick Pay. For instructions on adding an online biller, please see this article:
Thank you!

I tried all those suggestions - the accounts still show up as CheckPay. Some of the instructions are outdated - for example, you can't select connection type. I even reset the accounts from the account online services tab. I then deleted all the accounts from Bills and Income so the message would come up "Quicken has detected bills from your connected online accounts Add these bills". I clicked on 'add these bills' and they still all came up as CheckPay. I will not pay bills by check when I can pay online with my credit union billpay solution. All my accounts are connected by Express Web Connect+ except the one that works, Discover, which is Express Web Connect (no plus). But I found no way to change the connection type to Express Web Connect (no plus).

Financial institutions will support either EWC or EWC+ but not both. Once a financial institution has cut in EWC+ we cannot go back to EWC.

Does that mean I can't use QuickPay with the EWC+ accounts?

Thank you for your reply,
When I check on our end, I don't see that you have Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo and Capital One connected as online billers. What is happening when you try to set them up? Are you getting any error codes/messages?
When you look at the Bills & Income tab in your Quicken, how do those billers appear?
An online biller will typically show a logo for the business, like the sample image below.
A manual biller will show the default image, like the sample below.

QuickPay cannot be used with most EWC+ accounts….at least not, yet. This whole thread is about QuickPay first being made available with just 5 EWC+ financial institutions as is noted in this Support Article:
.I would imagine QuickPay will be rolled out to more EWC+ financial institutions in the future.

I just upgraded my subscription to Premier to give this feature a try. So far it has not been great, very slow and takes days longer than paying direct from my bank. Citi Costco card does not have Quick Pay option even though it is on the list as should be an option. I scheduled first payment to a Chase account and the money has been gone from my bank for 3 business days and is not showing up at Chase, they say they do not have the payment. I was hopeful to do everything in Quicken but this is not off to a great start. That being said, I am a long time Quicken user and appreciate it for budgeting and keeping my financial info organized all in one place.

I added them back as online billers. They look like this:

Thank you for providing that additional information @cleroks,
Even though you clearly have it set up on your end, on our end, it's acting like nothing is set up. That may be the reason you're not seeing Quick Pay as an option.
To troubleshoot this, please backup your Quicken file, then navigate to Edit>Preferences>Mobile & Web and turn Sync on.
If you do not want any of your accounts to sync with the cloud, please make sure to click on the blue words that tell you how many accounts are enabled. This will bring you to an Accounts for Mobile & Web screen. Down near the bottom left, you can click "none" to unselect everything.
The Update Accounts button should light up. Click that button to get Quicken to update that preference.
Once you've updated preferences, go to the Mobile tab and click the blue Sync Now button.
Once the Sync completes, you can turn Sync back off if you prefer not to have cloud sync active.
Once you have synced your file, please close and reopen Quicken, then test to see if Quick Pay now shows as a payment option for Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo and Capital One.
Thank you!

I tried the "Sync" steps for Citi Costco card and it still does not show QuickPay. Maybe the problem is the fact that the "Financial Institution" for the account was baked as "City Cards" from the beginning and there doesn't appear to be any way to modify it. (Short of deactivating the account for online access and starting over.)

I followed your procedure exactly and the accounts still show up as CheckPay after logging out and back in. I also tried the procedure and leaving the accounts checkmarked so they would sync. Same thing, they all show up as CheckPay after logout/login.

Have you tried deactivatating your Citi Cards download setup for the Costco Visa card (on the Online Services tab of Account Details) and then do Add Account with the Costco Anywhere Visa Card by Citi setup? Maybe then you will be able to see and connect to the correct online biller?

Thank you for your replies,
I received confirmation from our teams that the supported connection option with Citi is Costco Anywhere Visa Card by Citi. Both the account and the online biller need to be connected using that option.
If you don't already have the account connected using that option, please backup your Quicken file, deactivate the account(s), then go to Tools>Add Account. Search for Costco, select the Costco Anywhere Visa Card by Citi option, and follow the prompts.
Make sure to carefully link the account(s) to the correct nickname in Quicken.
Warning: If you have other accounts (that aren't Costco Anywhere Visa accounts) with Citi that show up on the Add/Link screen, make sure they are set to "Don't add to Quicken". If they are set to add, you may end up with duplicate accounts and if they're set to link to the existing account, it will change the connection method to the Costco Anywhere Visa by Citi connection.
Once you have the account connected to the correct connection option, make sure to connect the Online biller to the correct option also.
Please let me know how it goes!

Thanks. This is what I've suspected because each financial institution in Add Account serves a different function and connects differently from others, even if it is not readily apparent. It makes a lot of sense that both the download connection and the online biller connection need to be the same in order to work together.
Now, we just need some folks here to try changing their download connection method to Costco Anywhere Visa Card by Citi, then confirm that they are then able to connect to the online biller and then confirm that it now works as it should.

I tried these instructions and no luck. I changed the download connection to "Costco Anywhere Visa Card by Citi" and I still only get CheckPay when I try to pay. I even tried removing it it and re-adding as an online biller. I still only get CheckPay.
I suspect the problem is that "Financial Institution" is still set as "Citi Cards". Since that's a read only field in "Account Details" there is no obvious way to change that.

@Pumphouse Curious about your comment on "Financial Institution." Doesn't it look like this? Costco Citicard is just the name of my Quicken account, nothing to do with how I am setup for transaction downloads.
2 -
I tried again and had success. I removed the "online biller" (CheckPay) this time and then re-added Online Biller. Now it works and I did a test QuickPay.

Now "Financial Institution" reflects the correct "Costco Anywhere Visa Card by Citi"..

My test QuickPay failed, "unspecfied error". I'll try another before contacting support. I did a "repair online billers"

Thank you for your reply @Pumphouse,
Are you referring to the test Quick Pay with the Costco card that you mentioned in the discussion linked below?
If it is, then please see that other discussion for my response.
If this is a different test Quick Pay payment, then please provide more details so we can look into the issue further.
Thank you!
