I circled back to this issue and got a software update when I loaded Quicken Classic Deluxe (I'm now on R62.16). I attempted to set up online services for my Home Depot and Best Buy accounts, and everything worked today.

When I click on Quicken Kristina's ink - https://community.quicken.com/discussion/7961201/new-3-28-25-citi-migration-issues
Why does it not let me access and gives me this instead?

Hello All,
Who is still experiencing this issue with Citi?
Let me know!
Hello @GWeir,The reason that you are unable to access that alert is that it was marked resolved. Once alerts are marked resolved, the alert is archived after 3 days.
I hope this clears things up!

I still can't connect Quicken to my Shop Your Way Citi credit card. When is this going to be resolved?

I'm still having this issue with my Citibank Shell card. (See my prior comments and screenshots in this thread.)
It appears that Citi is now properly displaying the name of the card, but still not showing the data items that they will/won't share with Quicken (screenshot below). And then the process fails exactly as it did in my prior post.

Quicken Business & Personal Mac
Connected to Home Depot Citi card using Chrome. Finally worked. Tried with Best Buy Citi card on both Chrome and Safari. Both successfully logged in to card management where I authorized Quicken access successfully. On return to Quicken, got error message that account setup failed. Sent reports to Quicken. Called Quicken and they said it's a known issue. Still no solution.

Why is the Best Buy card still not working? Mac version, all the latest.

I'm still having an issue re-authorizing a Best Buy Citi card.
"We encountered a problem processing your request"
I've tried changing the default browser from Chrome to Edge and then to Firefox, all with no extensions, and none of them worked.0 -
Some other ideas you might want to try. Others have posted that one or more of them helped them to establish EWC+ reauthorization connections.
- Was the browser privacy setting set to Strict? If so temporarily change it to Standard.
- Browser cookie settings: Whitelist citiretailservices.citibankonline.com
- Are you using a VPN? If so, temporarily disable it.
- Temporarily disable the firewall.
- Temporarily disable anti-malware software.

Ok,
-Browser privacy was set to Standard.
-I whitelisted the citibank address.
-No VPN-Disabled FW
-Disabled AV/M f
I still get the same error trying to re-auth. :-(0 -
Does your browser have any extension add-ons enabled? If so, temporarily disable them. For me, the extension add-ons were the biggest culprit.
Also, double check your account activation status: On the Online Services tab of Account Details make sure the account is deactivated. If the Deactivate button is not showing there, then the account is deactivated.

I still can't connect to my Citibank Shell credit card. Citibank website says Quicken has access, however I get the below error message from Quicken and I can't actually download anything:
An unexpected error occurred.
Please try again later.
Care Code: FDP-350
Details:
PAUTH_INVALID_TOKEN
Bad response from provider

I tried with Firefox and no extensions loaded. Online is not set up (deactivated) for the account.
When I try to set up online services for the Best Buy account, I am picking the first suggestion in the list: "Best Buy Credit Card"0 -
I was using a Win11 computer. I moved the QDF to a Win10 computer and it also failed to re-auth.

I'm sorry to hear that you were not able to get your Best Buy card to authorize (yes, "Best Buy Credit Card" does appear to be the correct financial institution for this). So, I'm a bit stumped right now.
There are not many people posting anymore that they are having issues reauthorizing their Citi Retail Services credit cards. But one thing I have noticed is it seems it is predominantly the Best Buy credit card that is still having this issue.
Have you reported this issue to Quicken (Help > Report a Problem)? If not, you might want to do so. If you are comfortable with it, attach your log files which might be helpful to the Quicken tech members who will review it.
I would encourage others who are still having this issue to report this reauthorization issue, as well. Make sure to clearly identify which Citi Retail Services credit card(s) you having this issue with.

For Best Buy Credit Card I'm getting:
We encountered a problem processing your request. Please try again later.

I am encountering the same issue with a Citibank issued Best Buy credit card. This has been happening for several weeks.

I have been trying to resolve this issue - even had a ticket that was closed without resolution #11701716. Again- I am trying to connect Quicken for Mac to Citibank Shell. As others have noted the failure is at the end with a pop-up that is code: FDP-350 PAUTH_INVALIC_TOKEN. I did attempt the SHOP YOUR WAY that others have used - but it didn't give me the Shell logon so my logon failed. This is been ongoing since March! Time to resolve this QUICKEN!

I'm tired of entering transactions manually. I have tried all the suggestions and the Sears card will just not authorize. I'm going to stop using the card until it's fixed or forever. This is nonsense. Fix it.
