Cannot link Chase VISA credit cards

When I attempt to link my Chase credit cards, I receive a message that my accounts must be added to Quicken. My accounts are added, and I have no problem downloading transactions. If I try to add them again, I receive a message that they are already connected. I am using Quicken Deluxe for Windows at the latest revision. Chase is connected via express web connect+.

    Hello @Earl Zier,

If you don’t mind, could you please provide screenshots of the messages that you described receiving? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments. Please remember to redact any personal information as needed.

    Thanks!

What makes it necessary for you to link your Chase credit cards? As you stated, the accounts are already connected with Express Web Connect+.

You cannot activate an account register in Quicken when it is already activated.
If, for some reason, it is necessary to reactivate an account, you can try to use "Reset Account" (from Edit Account Details, Online Services tab) or you can try to first deactivate all your Chase credit cards and then use Tools / Add Account to reactivate and reconnect them all to your existing Quicken account registers.

    Here are the screen shots.

I receive this when I try to link the account.

When I use the + to re-add the accounts I get this screen. As you can see it states that my accounts are already sharing data.

    Thanks for sending the pictures.
I think, there's a bit of confusion going on here.
If I understand this correctly, you're trying to link an Online Biller to your scheduled reminder so that you can pay your credit card or some other online biller. Your credit card accounts are already successfully activated for transaction downloading and you authorized Quicken/Intuit as a third party for downloading (2nd image).

IIRC, there is / was a problem with linking the Online Bill Manager to Chase. But, there was a message in the Release Notes for the R59.35 software update mentioning Bill Manager, Chase and a few other banks.
So, if you're not at the R59.35 release level, or better yet, at the R60.14 level (hot off the press this week) you may want to install the R60.14 level from https://www.quicken.com/support/update-and-patch-20182019-release-quicken-windows-subscription-product

Let me explain the problem since I am having the same issue. This error

occurs when trying to add Chase as an online biller to the bill manager. Are you saying that this has been resolved now?

Yes, I am trying to link the online bill to manual reminders. Just checked and I am at version R60.14 build 27.1.60.14.

Not fixed. Just tried a minute ago and have the same result.

In that case, please contact Quicken Support on the phone during posted hours of operation
They need to research and, most likely, escalate this to higher support levels.

Tonight I was able to get my Chase bill back by adding it as Marriott Rewards Credit Card instead of Chase. This is odd, because I thought I had tried this before.
