While Quicken has moved to the subscription business, there is NO monthly fee, it is all annual. The monthly price cited on the website is purely for price comparison and to make it look cheaper.1 -

You either misunderstood what the Quicken Support person said or that person gave you some bad information. Quicken and BofA still do support each other but only with the Express Web Connect+ connect…1
