    Another possible fix is to go to Preferences > Connected Services and see if your Cloud Account Nickname is blank. This is known to cause a failure with Report a Problem. (Clicking Reset will generate a new cloud file, and that should solve the problem.)

    Rick and @caram,

    That's no longer considered a needed work around and the bugs that affect submitting the report are supposed to be mostly fixed in 6.1:

    Subsequently, an additional bug that affected submitting reports was fixed in 6.1.1. And subsequent to THAT, one more bug was found that is scheduled to be fixed in the next release. The following thread with one of the developers goes into that in more detail:

    Late comment here, but re-reconciliation really is great. One of your competitors stored all the reconciliation history as statements, and it made trouble shooting a lot easier, so I am really glad you implemented this feature.

    So please, pretty please with sugar on top, can you fix the matching issue between "sent" payments and "paid" payments. I spend every single month changing the status of "sent" payments to "manual" so I can match them to "paid". It was getting boring in 2018, but now it's really feeling like I've settled for a bad experience.
