ONGOING! 8/13/24 TD Bank - FDP-105 and FDP-390, Windows users seeing CC-902
TD Bank's connection with Intuit is currently down. Teams are actively working to restore the connection. The error FDP-105 will only occur while adding accounts. Existing connections will remain intact and should continue without errors. For this reason, it is IMPORTANT not to deactivate an existing connection while this is ongoing. Customers that are refreshing accounts will experience FDP-390 errors. Additionally, Windows users will see a CC-902 error.
This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.
