Regions not Downloading

I'm getting OL-220a error when attempting download. Is this happening for everyone else. Windows desktop. This is for Regions Bank

    Regions Bank is not providing the correct data. We are working with our third-party vendor and Regions to resolve this issue. We do not have an ETA nor any other information at this time.

    Hello @Tman and @Michael Sloss,

    To make transaction downloads into Quicken possible, financial institutions create specifically-formatted Quicken files. Sometimes, these files are changed in a way that prevents them from downloading into Quicken. I invite you to take a look at this Support Article for the OL-220 error message and attempt the troubleshooting steps. It is recommended to save a backup before proceeding (just in case).

    Also, could you please navigate to Help > Report a problem and submit a problem report with log files, a sanitized data file, and screenshots (if possible) attached?

    Let me know how to the troubleshooting steps go and once you have submitted a problem report!

    Report sent but without sanitized data file. It was too large to send.

    12/05/2024 (OL-220-A) I called Quicken 3X this morning. The first support guy said to change to Express Web Connect from Direct Connect, which I did. While on the phone, I noticed the balancer per bank and balance per QB was off drastically. The support guy suggested I reconcile the account. Then we ended the support call. The error went beyond my banks online records in Dec 2017. I called back and restored to the previous file. Loosing about 2 hours of work in QB. I still have no ability to download. I called back. The next support person suggested that I call Regions. Regions said they would get back with me in 24 to 72 hours and that they had not heard of the issue at this point.

    I told Regions about it and got a ticket submitted earlier today. We'll see. I think it was an update that is causing this.

    Same problem for me. I agree that this seems to have begun with latest Quicken update. I, too, have sent report to quicken with screenshot, log file info etc. Further investigation? Let's hope this really translates into a fix.

    I also opened a ticket with Regions Bank, on 12/5/2024 and have not recived a reply as of 12/6/2024 (24 hours).

    For what it's worth, I'm still on Quicken 59.35 and I'm not having any problem downloading from Regions Bank, so it might be a bug in the latest release.

    However, I'm wondering about another possibility. In the Add Account dialog, a search for Regions Bank returns two results, "Regions Bank" and "Regions Bank - Web Connect". I'm using "Regions Bank - Web Connect". I wonder if the people who see the error are using the other one?

    I am getting an error only with the Regions Direct connection. It appears to be associated to the latest Quicken update as indicated by previous members in this thread. Is a correction coming soon?

    If you want to try rolling back to an earlier version of Quicken, such as R59.35, to see if the issue is resolved, then please backup your Quicken file and use the directions in the article linked below to roll back to an earlier version of Quicken:

    I have been getting this in my CONNLOG. TXT file for a couple of days. Rolling back to previous version did not help. I believe the latest update R60.15 caused the current problems.

    Same for me started today. I did have a Quicken update and wondering if that is the issue. Can you go back a revision in Quicken?

    Same OL-220a error with Regions download on 12/7/24, come on Quicken, get it fixed.

    I have reported 3 times. This is ridiculous. Who is going to pay my late fees. oh wait, I do not even have checks to pay. I have never seen Quicken take this long to resolve an major issue like this.

    Your team needs to make this a Severity 1 and should be working 24 hours a day to fix it and sending out 1 hour updates to the community.

    I've used Quicken since 1994. While I love it and couldn't do my finances without it, I wish I had a dollar for every time a perfectly functioning connection no longer worked. SMH

    I opened a ticket with Regions on 12/5. I spoke with Quicken the same day. The Quicken rep suggested that I change the account to a Express Web Connect. I did and it took my books out of balance. In other words, I ended up having to go to a backup and restore the file. In doing so, it changed back to Direct Connect and I lost a day worth of work. I still can't update the accounts with Regions either. I also had the same issue with AXOS Bank over a year ago and Quicken has not addressed that either. I have used Quicken since the Mid-90's.

    Have not been able to update my account with Regions Bank since December 4th. I keep getting Error Message OL-220-A. I'm using Windows 11 Home on a Dell XPS Desktop. Anyone have a solution? Thanks, Don
