Capital One freezes when updating. I've signed out of quicken and back in, i've reset capital one and it still freezes. I also tried to de-activate and to readd, and that also froze. No error message, it will not complete the operation.

I am using Quicken Personal/Business on Windows 11. I am entering purchasing and sales in an investment account. The Cash amount shows N/A and is obviously not updating the cash balance as I complete the transaction. I have reviewed the transaction and find nothing entered wrong. Any suggestions?

Is there any way to set the Matching Securities function so that it works off of CUSIP numbers rather than names? The matching is often terrible, such as suggesting "CA" and "Cantaloupe" are the same company. And, on options, the logic ignores differences in exercise prices and expiration dates.
I find that it is safer to update using the Manual Patch Update rather than the incremental updates that are pushed out. When will this be included? I note that 61.17 was pushed out as a hot fix.
