having a problem for over a week now where citbank can only handle one account connection at a time. I have to alternatively disconnect and then reconnect acccounts to get any downloads and i get messages that Quicken cannot find accounts at citibank when they are clearly there. I've had this problem before. It's nothing I've changed or undone in the register. This is a bug. If I change the prior balance it adds the difference as a negative in the account. I don't want to go back 2 months and start again. This is not the first time. Quicken needs to fix this.
