The "Sell Bond" transaction type in Quicken Mac appears to simply be a "Sell" transaction. It does not include the ability to specify accrued interest in the same way that a "Buy Bond" transaction is set up. This creates an issue when selling bonds. We are required to enter two separate transactions, one for the bond and a…
It seems that Quicken refuses to add a yield column. Too bad. Omission makes the product much less useful.
I simply want to answer this question: "How much money have I made on my investments?" That is, "I've been investing for x years. How much more money do I have than if I hadn't been investing? And how would that compare to other investments?" These seem like the most basic questions a novice investor might ask and yet…
It would be nice to be able to export the price history (and maybe also market value) for multiple, or all, securities at once to a .csv or .xls file for additional graphing capabilities and performance evaluation. I would like to be able to select 5 securities and plot either price history, or market value (Y-axis) by…
Quicken for Mac’s Investment Dashboard currently displays Security, Shares, Price, Value, Change%, and Change$, but there is no option to include Estimated Dividend Yield as a column. While yield information can be accessed by clicking on individual securities, having it directly visible in the Dashboard would allow for…

Currently, it shows only the dollar change in the list. But when you click on one security in the list, the detail for that security on the right side shows both the dollar…
Quicken for Mac scrapes transaction from an investment account. There are three (3) transactions for a reinvestment of a security. See below. Sometimes the dividend income and the amount paid for the shares don’t exactly match. See Apple dividend of 167.70 Added Shares amount of 167.71. It would be beneficial to have a…
The Capital Gains/Losses reported by Quicken (Mac) in its Tax Schedule Report and investment account Portfolio pages are incorrect. This is the result of not supporting the Corporate Acquisition (Merger) and Corporate Divestiture (Spin Off, Split Off) investment transactions that have been present in Quicken (Win) for…
Seems like this should have been added years ago. Massive [Removed - Language] to have to track all this separately. Sync with Koinly.io and make my life easy please.
Quicken Deluxe for Mac needs to have the option added to calculate stocks and mutual fund cost basis using adjusted cost basis(ACB) method. All of Canada uses the ACB method. When a portion of a fund or stock is sold then the cost basis is out since it calculates on either LILO or FIFO. Please include ACB as an option.…
